Constructor for the class instance.

constructor Create(const TheFilename: string; NewTimeStamp: Int64)Arguments
TheFilename | Name for the file or directory in the cache item. |
NewTimeStamp | Timestamp value for the file or directory. |
Description
Create is the constructor for the class instance. It sets the
initial values for the following properties:
- Filename
- Set to the value passed in TheFilename.
- TimeStamp
- Set to the value passed in NewTimeStamp.
