TLazFifoQueue.IsFull property
Indicates if all of the internal storage slots have been used in the queue storage.

Boolean property which indicates
if all of the storage slots are used in the internal storage for the queue.
The value is
True when
TotalItemsPushed -
TotalItemsPopped =
QueueSize.
Use IsEmpty to determine if none of the available storage slots
are in use in the internal storage for the queue.
