TXMLWriterFlags is a set type used to store 0 or more values from
the
TXMLWriterFlag enumeration. TXMLWriterFlags indicates the
options enabled when writing XML content. TXMLWriterFlags is the type passed
as an argument to the
WriteXMLFile procedure.
