TXMLConfig.CreateWithSource constructor
Alternate constructor used to create the class using the XML content specified in Source.

Description
CreateWithSource is an alternate constructor used to create the
class instance and load the XML content specified in the
Source
argument. CreateWithSource sets an internal member used for the XML content
in Source. CreateWithSource calls the
CreateClean method to
initialize the class instance.
