TDOMNodeList.Create constructor
Constructor for the class instance.

Description
Create is the constructor for the class instance, and calls the
inherited method on entry.
Create stores the DOM node in ANode as the owner for the node
list, and "touches" the internal revision number for the list so that it is
refreshed on its next access. Create also allocates the internal
TFPList instance used to store the nodes in the node list.
