Document Type declaration used in the document.

DocType is a read-only
TDOMDocumentType property that
represents the Document Type declaration found in the child nodes for the
document. DocType examines the top-level child nodes to find the first node
with the value
DOCUMENT_TYPE_NODE in its NodeType property.
