MacintoshToUTF8 function

Converts a value encoded using the Macintosh Code Page to UTF-8.

`s`	String with the value in the Macintosh Roman encoding.

UTF-8-encoded value for the specified string.

Calls SingleByteToUTF8 to convert the specified string using the character translation array in ArrayMacintoshToUTF8.
