THTML2TextRenderer.TitleMark property
Defines the character used to delimit a title or header.

property TitleMark: string read fTitleMark write fTitleMark;Description
TitleMark is inserted both prior to and following a title/header
found in the HTML content in the
HtmlTag method. The default value
is the UTF-8 character '◈' (Decimal #9672 or Hex #x25C8).
