TFileReferenceList class

Implements a list used to maintain TFileReference instances.

`TimeStamp`	public	Contains the timestamp value for the last change to the list.
`UpdateLock`	public	Contains the active update counter for the list.

`Create`	public	Constructor for the class instance.
`Destroy`	public	Destructor for the class instance.
`Clear`	public	Removes any tree nodes in the internal AVL tree.
`BeginUpdate`	public	Increments the UpdateLock for the class instance.
`EndUpdate`	public	Decrements the UpdateLock and signals OnChange when needed.
`AddFilename`	public	Adds a reference-counted file name to the list.
`RemoveFilename`	public	Remove a reference for the specified file name.
`GetFileReference`	public	Gets an existing TFileReference instance for the specified file name.
`CreateSearchPathFromAllFiles`	public	Gets a delimited list of search paths for the reference-counted files in the list.
`CreateFileList`	public	Creates and returns a TStringList instance with the file names in the list.

OnChanged public Event handler signalled when items in the list have been changed.
