TDynHashArrayItem record

Record type with pointers to the current, previous, and next has items in a linked list.

`Item`		Pointer to an element to be stored in the array.
`Next`		It points to the next element in the doubly linked list.
`Prior`		It points to the previous element in the doubly linked list.
`IsOverflow`		False if it is the first element of the linked list.
