TCustomSQLQuery.AutoCalcFields property
Declaration
property AutoCalcFields:;Description
Not described here; this is what TDataSet.AutoCalcFields says of it:
How often should the value of calculated fields be calculated.
AutoCalcFields is by default
true, meaning that the values of calculated fields will be computed in the following cases:
- When the dataset is opened
- When the dataset is put in edit mode
- When a data field changed
When AutoCalcFields is False, then the calculated fields are called whenever
- The dataset is opened
- The dataset is put in edit mode
Both proper calculated fields and lookup fields are computed. Calculated fields are computed through the OnCalcFields event.
An experiment, built from development snapshots. Not the official Free Pascal or Lazarus documentation.
