PEXEC - Pascal based shell and utilities

This is a command shell and a series of common utilities based on the
Pascal/Pascaline language and the Petit-Ami graphical tool kit. Pexec is a very
extensive shell with clean syntax, and can be used standalone or with the
utilities provided. The idea of having utilities is for use with a stand-alone
operating system such as PSOS (Pascal Simple Operating System).
