ResizeEdgesSample

This is a sample application demonstrating how to use ResizeEdges.pas
to enable resizing and moving of visual controls on a borderless form (bsNone).

Features

• Move the form by dragging Panel1
• Resize the form via ListBox1 (bottom and sides)
• Click the button to close the application
