What is this for?

This is a small console utility that handles global hotkeys to suspend/resume specified process.

pascal
Usage: SRHotkey [PID] [[Suspend Hotkey]] [[Resume Hotkey]]
 Parameters:
  PID => Process ID to suspend/resume
  Suspend Hotkey => Optional key kode. Default is 121 (aka F10)
  Resume Hotkey => Optional key kode. Default is 122 (aka F11)
 Note:
  These hotkeys shoud be used in combination with Winkey: Win+F10 & Win+F11
