MabiWnd

Mabinogi window management stuff.

This is an injectable DLL that will enable disabled window functions and auto-resize Mabinogi when in window mode.

Currently allows

• [X] Enabling the window maximize button
• [X] Auto window resizing (max size of desktop)
• [X] snap-to for desktop/multi-monitors
• [X] FullScreen boarderless mode.
