The program is a research complex that solves the problem of drawing up a plan for the purchase of spare parts. As part of the program, a comprehensive simulation model of the reliability structure of a technical object has been implemented. This model allows you to calculate the reliability indicators of various components of a complex technical object, taking into account the process of operation of this object. Implemented the task of the sequence of switching on, off and options for using various parts. Particular attention is paid to the failure detection process, therefore, the inspection process (planned, overhaul, etc.), installation and dismantling of equipment is also taken into account. Further, the transport system of a modern service system with the participation of manufacturers, repair plants and consumers is taken into account. To draw up an application for production, a modification of the ant colony method is used, carrying out a targeted enumeration of the options for purchasing materials with the determination of their quantity. For a specific application, the performance indicators of the equipment are evaluated. A set of Paretos is built from the results. Test example based on the air conditioning and pressure control system TU-154. Aircraft in the composition of 20 pieces, distributed over the territory of Russia.
