Utility to retrieve and persist pricing data for Octopus Energy's Agile tariff and weather information from OpenWeather.
At this stage it's to build some historical pricing and weather data which can be used to optimise savings on energy tariffs.
Only files with .pas extension have actual code in - the rest are form/config files
Written with Lazarus 2.0.12 (FPC 3.2.0)
