ImageHash
Like Visipics, but faster.
Written in Lazarus and Freepascal.
Installation
This program does not require installation (just extract to any directory).
Credits
The image hashing algorithm (DHash) is by Dr. Neal Krawetz, who writes at Hacker Factor.
