A 2D race car like Outrun with Delphi

This project is linked to an article that will be published in Programmez! magazine in a 100% gamedev dossier.(french).

It allows you to create a 2D racing video game in the style of Outrun or Lotus Turbo Challenge.

It's been exactly 40 years since Sega released its Outrun arcade machine!

The graphics are taken from the games Outrun (arcade), Super Hang-On (Sega Mega Drive), and Lotus Turbo Challenge (Sega Mega Drive) on the website : https://www.spriters-resource.com/
