Rust Server Manager allows you to create and manage dedicated Rust Game servers on windows within a GUI.

All dependencies are now free.
- Internet Component Suite v9.7 (ICS) (Free) from overbyte.eu or GetIt Package Manager (Preffered method. Easy Install)
- Delphi 13

- DelphiBigNumbers - Used by MMDB Reader
- FastMM5 - Memory Manager
- Horse - API Framework
- IPTypesX - Used by MMDB Reader

Usage Instructions
- Download the latest version from Releases.
- Extract anywhere on your windows machine.
- Launch RSMfmx.
- Navigate to the server installer and install the server.
- (Optional) Install uMod or CarbonMod.
- (Optional) Install plugins.
- Configure server using server config editor.
- Start server via the server controls panel.
