This program will demonstrate using Microsoft's SAPI speech tools s to play text-to-speech (TTS) over your sound card and over a phone line. It will allow you to select your telephony/audio device, try different wave formats, and then answer an incoming call and automatically play the text to speech when the call is connected. This code could be used in applications such as answering systems, voice prompting, and IVRs.
