Solder Paste Mask Grid script

aka: Paste Mask Lattice, Paste Mask Hatch Grid

Creates a Footprint's Paste Mask as a Grid instead of just matching the pad size w/ expansion setting

  1. In the PcbLib's Footprint, select the footprint's center pad.
  2. Modify or use the default settings. See settings below.
  3. Execute the script by clicking Run button

Settings

  • Minimum Grid Size: Minimum paste mask grid size in mils, where size = width = height
  • Minimum Gap: Minimum distance between paste mask grid blocks in mils.
  • Minimum Cover: Minimum % of paste mask coverage area with respect to the pads area.
