A small tool, because the adi file generated by jtdx does not have an operator field, then write this code to add the operator field and modify the station_callsign with the specified callsign. You can also specify a time period for splitting log files. The code was compiled using Lazarus IDE 2.2.2.

一个小工具，由于jtdx生成的adi文件没有operator字段，编写此代码，用于增加operator字段，同时修改station_callsing为指定呼号。也可以指定时间段用来切分日志文件。代码采用lazarus IDE 2.2.2编译通过。
