install lazarus-3.0-fpc-3.2.2-win64.exe first 
then install lazarus-3.0-fpc-3.2.2-cross-i386-win32-win64.exe

in Lazarus IDE install component form: [https://github.com/Laksen/FP-VISA](https://github.com/Laksen/FP-VISA)

Once you install package, you will see the component in Lazarus IDE in folder FP-VISA

pull this project and run by Lazarus.
