TextBlame

This code provides an "blame" function based on files for windows and linux.

What it is

This code proviedes an "blame" function to show last change for any row. This is not limited to a specific version control cause this code is working on files. Export your fileversions in format file-version.extension and run textblame.

Use delphi to compile for windows or Lazarus/FPC to compile on any other linux based system.
