chacha20-fpc
ChaCha20 stream cipher in Pascal, with AVX2 assembler acceleration when available (SSE2 otherwise). Encryption/decryption throughput on my hardware: ~1300 MB/s with AVX2, ~700 MB/s with SSE2, ~70 MB/s pure Pascal.
Requires a compiler with {$mode unleashed} support.
