VCLLocalizator

Delphi VCL(It can be easy changed for FMX) Localizator, by Dmitriy Sorokin.

Check Project file:

localizator
  with Localizator do begin
    AddForm(MainForm);
    AddForm(LanguageForm);
  end;
  MainForm.Init(Localizator);

  Application.Run;

Then check Init method in MainForm
