Write once compile anywhere/fi

Sanonta Kirjoita kerran, käännä missä tahansa (Write once, compile anywhere eli WOCA) tarkoittaa, että sovellus voidaan kirjoittaa(ohjelmoida) ensin ja sitten kääntää toiseen ympäristöön ilman, että ohjelman lähdekoodia on muutettava. Hyvä esimerkki tällaisesta sovelluksesta on Lazarus.
