The TIpFileDataProvider 
component is the interface between a TIpHtmlPanel and the file system. It is part of the Turbopower Internet Pro package that delivers native HTML-access. The component ios available from the IPro tab of the Component Palette.
The TIpFileDataProvider handles requests for images and other files.
