Tipo que puede contener cadena de caracteres. String puede ser ShortString o AnsiString.
La opción del compilador {$H} se establece en {$H+} para que String se considere como un tipo AnsiString.
La longitud de ShortString la decide el programador y debe estar comprendida, en UCSD Pascal entre 1 y 255 caracteres.
La longitud de AnsiString está limitada únicamente por la cantidad de memoria disponible.
En un futuro puede que exista una opción del compilador para soportar UNICODE tanto en el formato UTF-8 como en UTF-16 dependiendo de la plataforma.
