Der Modifier alias ist ein stellvertretender Begriff für einen Ausdruck.
Für den Alias oder auch Aliasname wird meist ein kürzerer Begriff gewählt.\

Beispiel:\

// Die Prozedur kann auch unter dem Alias 'Ausgeben' angesprochen werden
procedure subAusgabe; alias : 'Ausgeben';
begin
  WriteLn ('In Printit (alias : "DOIT")');
end;
