New patch attached r11225:
+ qtwidgets: TPageControl , properly set ActivePage, while changing tabs.
* qtwinapi: BUG with TScrollWinControls fixed (Scrollbars on forms)
+ qtwsextctls: added mode delphi instead of objfpc (all others are mode delphi)
+ Added TPageControl hook.

Also , why Modal form eats CPU (kernel-2.6.20-smp) ? Anyone seen this ? Felipe, do we really need Application.ProcessMessages() and sleep() in ShowModal() ?

cheers

Unfortunately, when I implemented it, this was the only way that I found that make it work. And it was quite hard to finally make it work.

How much CPU does it eat? Small levels should be irrelevant.

a lot, but it can be because of dualcore cpu + smp kernel , because i don't feel that system is slow down because of that.

PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND 4839 root 15 0 74020 46m 6828 S 88 2.3 86:46.57 X :0 22284 linda 15 0 21208 11m 9772 R 45 0.6 0:18.64 ./test

I have also never seen signs that it's slow because of that.

Also, I took a look at ShowModal, and we don't have a loop with sleep and process messages, so the control of the modal form is not with us, but with Qt. Just sleep(10) and process messages executed once has almost null impact on cpu consumption

Just leave as it is for now ...
Another thing, I've tried under gtk2 to create modal form ,and while clicking background form (eg. mainform), nothing flickers, but with qt you can see flickering on modal form.
