Is there a syntax for displaying comments attached to variables in tooltips?

Is there some way tooltips can be made to display comments linked with variables and constants?

The IDE shows comments in tooltips directly above and directly behind a variable/constant.

var
  { comment about b }
  b: char;
  i: integer; // comment about i

Find declaration must work on the reference.
