Lazarus not take paths from extrafpc.cfg

I put my search paths in extrafpc.cfg because i build my projects outside Lazarus using FPC, but Lazaurs at design time not take my search path in that cfg file while in check "Use additional compiler config file @" with "extrafpc.cfg"

Is that bug in Lazarus?

It is by design.

But this will change. Probably in the next week.
