Hi,

I was waiting for this to happen and it was simply a matter of time before it did. Can we please decide which edit dialogs we want to keep in the IDE. Both is not a good option!!

I think we should decide on what edit dialogs Lazarus wants to use. The old or new ones. Definitely not both, because they are becoming inconsistent.

eg:
In 'Editor Options' and Display tab, the 'Gutter Width' is not available in the old Editor options screen, but it is available (yet not working) in the 'Editor Options ...(New)' dialog.
------------------------

NB:
Also note, that 'Gutter Width' doesn't actually work. It saves the value, but the gutter width doesn't change in the editor window.

Regards,

No, for releases only one will be enabled. For the coming release this will be the old ones. I don't want to throw away the new ones since some of them have some good points in splitting/combining some config options I want to use in some future.
