Hi,
some long waiting debugger changes were committed :)

Changes:
+ Added a reset debugger menu item. If the debugger is not responding anymore resetting can be tried as last attempt.
= Moved and renamed debuggerforms so that they can be modified by the ide
+ Added some parsing to evaluate complex expressions not understood by the debugger

and probaly some more minor I forgot about.
