fpmkfifo aborts with an illegal instruction on OSX.

This works on Linux.
I've tested it against a native PPC compile on 10.4, and a PPC & Intel cross compile from Linux. All terminate the same way.

I'm not quite sure how to go about debugging it.

It's the same problem as this one: http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=11705 (except that it's for fpmkfifo instead of for fpchown). I've fixed it in svn.
