We just wanted to start one, but my fellow colleague just quit and he has only done the algorithm on paper for this, though we haven't dropped the idea to work on our own blog system, but lack of time...

Will they release their sources for that blog ?
You can download it, even. But it's made in Morfik, and it will not work with 'Just' FPC. FPC is used to compile the server part. The rest (Pascal->Browser Javascript) is handled by the IDE.
