[sudo] password for user:
Debian version (2.2.2rc1) is not correct, expect 2.2.3 make: *** [debcheck] Error 1

What could it be a problem? Upgrade from 7.10 to 8.04 didn't solve this problem.

There is no version 2.2.2rc1 there is 2.2.2 or 2.2.3. that is, 2.2.2rc is not the version of the compiler but the version of the package.
