debugger exited due to signal 5

When I run the 'go' I keep on receiving this error message: 'exited with status 5.The debugger is still running.' What can I do to solve it? any idea what is causing the problem?
Just in case,the console reads:

[Session started at 2008-01-22 16:00:04 +0100.]
