Marc Santhoff

Hi,

since I'm stepping into translating strings in my program to foreign languages and have had a look at the "gettext" resourcestring stuff, I'd like to know:

Are there any tools that help in synchronizing the "resourcestring"s in the source code with the .po files?

TIA,
Marc

Currently not much.

There is only rstconv which converts the .rst file which the compiler created to a .po file.

It misses an 'update' mode.

Michael.

Ah, this is what's missing in my understanding. I have overlooked the compiler generated file (todo: use separate subdir for testing ;).

Not really necessary, I'm fine with the ".rst".

Thanks for replying very fast,
Marc
