Hi again,

what can I do, if my program exits with an Exeption 217 - internal error?

What's the problem here?

Bye,
Marc

Normally 217 is an abstract error, I think ?

Michael.

Maybe I've got the number wrong, but the message of the exception if catched is 'internal error' (cannot reproduce atm).

And it does occur in a GTK+1.2 program in the event handling, nearly no classes involved at this point, only 'cdecl'ed callbacks. The point is exactly at the return fron one of such callback functions at the 'end' statement (shown in ddd).

Any further hints how to investigate?

Thanks,
Marc
