Hi!
I wrote an fpc-program, running command-line based under linux and windows. Now I was asked, to create a windows "surface". Since I can't afford to buy delphi for that: is there an ide, I can do that with? "Easily"? Necessarily for win32, ideally for win and Linux. Thanks for hints!

2 options:
- use fpGTK, a leightweight OOP wrapper around the GTK toolkit, comes with FPC. No IDE, but easy to use.
- Use Lazarus. http://www.lazarus.freepascal.org/ Most components work on Win32, all work on Linux. The IDE is currently not stable on Win32.
