I want to know if there's a tool that creates the OpenXML code needed for loading and saving an entire record from/to XML automatically.

Example:
Type TCoord = Record
                X,Y:Integer;
              end;
     TActor = Record
                Coord:TCoord;
                Name:String;
              end;

<=Code=>

<ACTOR>
<COORD>
<X> 1 </X>
