Ramom Flores d'as Seixas

Hi:

I have just found a very promissing mathematical library: TPmath written by Jean Debord.
http://www.unilim.fr/pages_perso/jean.debord/tpmath/tpmath.htm

The author mantains several versions of his library, and one of this versions is just for freepascal: fpmath.

Surprisingly I could not find any reference to this library in the freepascal site, and I am wondering why. What is the problem:

a) ignorance?
b) perhaps the library is full of bugs?
c) is it a political issue?
d) others ...?

If the problem is the second one, the library is full of bugs, please mail me because I am going to use it now.

Cheer
Ramon

The libraries in the contributed units section are added by the authors themselves. If they don't add it, it's not in the database.

I know there are some bugs, as is alqays the case. You may use it safely if you ad testing, redundancy, a good portion of mistrust, .. .You have to do all that in any case, as there is no libray without bugs; and TPmath sounds good to me.

Why don't we suggest to the author that he puts info into our contib units? Or put info in there anyway? J
