Hi all,
compiling the example testib60.pp, on a linux box (Slackware 7.0), I get this error:

* /usr/lib/libgds.so: undefined reference to 'crypt'
* testib60.pp(164) Error: Error while linking

- Line 164 is empty (EOF).

- The example compiles and works on Windows 98.

Thank you.

ps.
FPC-1.0.6
InterBase 6.0 (PC 1: Linux Slackware 7.0)
Firebird 1.0 (PC 2: Linux Slackware 7.0)

Add the following line to your program:
{$linklib crypt}
Some systems need this, some systems don't.

Michael.
