Is it possible to write a kernal module with fpc or a mix of fpc and assembly?

In principle, yes. But you would have to rewrite the system unit for that:
- No file handling, except through kernel messages.
- Memory management must go through kernel routines.
- Disable exceptions.
And probably 100 other things as well.
