here it is, the update to my cpu package you were waiting for ;)

CPU is a general x86 cpu detection / microsecond timing package available for Freepascal, Virtual Pascal and Delphi.

Well, here's what's new (rel2rev14):
- accuracy is now fixed to CPU clock resolution, no more integer division rounding errors with scaling values. (Meaning that internally it always uses raw cycle ticks for calculations)
- documentation has been revised
