Is there some way with FreePascal that I can Get / Set the windows display settings for multiple monitors like their resolutions, portrait/landscape, scale factors, and if they are disconnected or not?

That is more a WinAPI question than pascal.
Search for "delphi set display settings" or "winapi set display settings" in google to find some resources.
