Description

TTimeStamp contains a timestamp, with the date and time parts specified as separate longint values: the number of milliseconds since midnight, and the number of days since 1/1/0001 (plus one).

Fields

`Time`	public	Time part: Number of milliseconds since midnight.
`Date`	public	Date part: One plus number of days since 1/1/0001
